Leading the Building: Culture, Courage, and Connection is a one-day summit designed for Ohio’s building principals and educational leaders.
Through engaging sessions and candid conversations, participants will explore how to lead with courage, use data with purpose, build inclusive cultures, and respond with emotional intelligence. Learn from experienced principals and superintendents as they share the lessons, challenges, and successes that define great leadership.
