2026 Superintendent Conference & Learning Experience

Leadership Through Change:

Facing disruption. Sustaining excellence.

​Overview:

A learning experience for superintendents focused on leading through change. Participants will examine how the OSU Athletic Department has adapted to conference restructuring, the introduction of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), and other major shifts — and apply those lessons to K–12 leadership.

​

Experience Includes:

• Leadership presentation and Q&A with OSU Athletic Department leaders

• Guided tour of OSU athletic facilities

• Superintendent think tank discussion focused on K–12 application

Attendance limited to 50 participants.
